"To build a foundation that promotes the local to the international with a sense of quality living atmosphere with local culture" echoes the Ministry of Interior's efforts to promote forward-looking infrastructure projects. Taking Fuwo(福澳)Village, where Fuwo(福澳) Port is located, as the center, the design radiates outward and covers Jieshou(介壽) Village and Qingshui(清水) Village. According to the plan, the distribution chain is formed into a continuous belt space, connecting the waterfront with the surrounding environment for a length of about 2km, making the main seaports of Lienchiang County(連江縣) "the entrance of Matsu(馬祖) residents," as well as the welcome gateway for foreign visitors. The project also extends to the land of Lienchiang County(連江縣), which is the airport gateway of Lienchiang County(連江縣). Through this green, friendly, and slow living connection, the waterfront and marine resources of Lienchiang(連江) are more unique under the background of construction.
The implementation position is located in Nangan Township(南竿鄉), Lienchiang County(連江縣), mainly taking the Fuwo(福澳) Port area and the front axis of the county government as the main body. The Fuwo(福澳) Port area includes its surrounding traffic lines and covers the coastal footpath to the southwest until the Qingshui Wetlands of Qingshui(清水) Village. The front axis of the county government consists of the vegetable park, shop-street belt space, and Jieshou(介壽) Aokou(澳口) Park.
Later, the design is planned to expand to the section from Fuwo(福澳) Village to Fuxing（復興）Village (near the sea), the middle road of Fuxing（復興） Village, the new building in the Fuwo(福澳) Port area to the coastal intermediary space, and the Jieshou(介壽) Village entrance to the west beach.

The main axis of this area is the "surrounding landscape of Fuwo(福澳) Port," which is further divided into: Fishers Association Building repair (Terminal + store street), 2km coastal trail environment integration, featured market (Starbucks + seafood restaurant)surrounding square, ship waiting square before the Fishers Association Building station,
and the square after the station (including the parking lot), for a total of four blocks. The landscape and planting project is responsible for the 2km coastal trail environment integration and featured market (Starbucks + seafood restaurant) surrounding square. By integrating existing facilities and new construction, a "gateway space" that is friendly, fresh, and comfortable and can provide for daily life and livelihood will be created for local people. It is expected that by strengthening local features, it will become a characteristic environment for attracting the attention of foreign guests.

Through the green belt space, the workshop of the future park in this district can be surrounded and more visually integrated with the mountain scenery, and the surface of the workshop building can be softened to reduce the sense of volume. Furthermore, the orderly planting in the proper planting area of the port (with native species as the primary consideration) enables the ship to feel the regular and orderly scene of the factory when approaching the port.

With the open space surrounding the "county government" as the main shaft, itis then divided into three blocks: vegetables park, shops street landscape planting, and Jieshou (介壽) Village’s Aokou (澳口) Park, to review the vehicle parking area, pedestrian moving line, and interface of the main blocks, integrate the existing large facilities of Jieshou (介壽) Village’s Aokou (澳口) Square, read just the activity route and content of facilities, promote active use of the space, and drive tourism benefits.
- Expansion scope of the open space around Lienchiang County Government
The elements of Matsu(馬祖) culture are integrated into the materials of facilities to express the local atmosphere, and the natural effects of salt damage, wind erosion, wind disasters, and surges that the location of the facilities may suffer are considered. The scale design of the facilities has the warning effect of activity safety, while the facilities can also be integrated into the scenery of the front sea and the back mountain.
